Charles Chadwell, Chairman of the PaR Systems Board

Charles Chadwell has been a PaR Systems Director since 2003.  He was the Vice President and General Manager, Commercial Engine Operations, for GE Aircraft Engines, where he retired in 2002.  Chuck currently also serves as a director on the Spirit Aerosystems, Inc., the BE Aerospace, Inc. and Parkway Products, Inc. board of directors.

Mark Evers
Stamford, Connecticut

As a Director with MML Capital Partners, Mr. Evers works on the firm's US private equity and mezzanine investment activities. Prior to working with MML Capital Partners, Mr. Evers worked with The Blackstone Group and Evercore Partners. Mark began his career with Merrill Lynch in the firm's investment banking leveraged finance group. He received his MBA from Columbia Business School and his BA from Duke University.

H. Lawrence Garrett, III

Mr. Garrett currently is an independent consultant.  He also serves on a number of corporate Boards.  He retired from his position as Executive Vice President Government Business at Rolls-Royce in 1999.  Mr. Garrett’s distinguished government and military career included service as Under Secretary of the Navy, appointed by President Reagan, followed by Senate confirmation as Secretary of the Navy in 1989.  He served in this position under President Bush until 1992.  Prior service in the Department of Defense under President Reagan included a position as General Counsel of the Department of Defense.

Preston Rahe

Preston Rahe's career spans 45 years of executive experience in the energy, environmental, and nuclear industries. In 2008, he retired as President of URS Corporation's Energy and Environment business unit, managing over $4B and 17,000 people in a global engineering, construction and operations enterprise. He has broad experience in profitably growing technology-based businesses, and in 1997, founded URS's Safety Management Solutions firm. He has served on the boards of a number of companies, and holds Bachelor of Mechanical Engineering and Master of Nuclear Engineering degrees from Georgia Tech.

James Read co-founded MML Capital Partners in London in 1988.  Prior to that, he has held numerous commercial and merchant banking positions in the United States and the United Kingdom.  Most of his career has been spent as a leveraged cash flow lender and private equity provider.  He is, or has been, a director or chairman of 13 companies including BPC, Caparo, CB Holdings, Wellington, Wellworth, Core Labs, JJI, IAC and XServ.  James holds a Bachelors degree from the University of Michigan and an MBA degree in Finance from the University of Pittsburgh.

Stephen R. Tritch
Gibsonia, Pennsylvania

Steve Tritch was appointed to PaR Systems’ Board of Directors in November 2010. Mr. Tritch’s distinguished career in the nuclear energy industry began with Westinghouse Electric Company in 1971 as a Product Engineer. He served as President and CEO since July 2002 and became Chairman of Westinghouse Electric Company on July 1, 2008. During his career at Westinghouse, Mr. Tritch served as Senior Vice President, Nuclear Fuel. In this capacity, he provided nuclear fuel products and services to nuclear power plants throughout the world. Mr. Tritch holds both a B.S. in mechanical engineering and an M.B.A. from the University of Pittsburgh. Mr. Tritch also serves on the Board of Directors for Shaw Group Inc. and Koppers Holdings Inc.

Mark Wrightsman
Shoreview, Minnesota

Mark Wrightsman has served as PaR president and chief executive officer since 1999.  Prior to joining PaR, he led five other very technical businesses, including two global businesses of more than $300 million in annual revenues.  Mark began his career at General Electric and served there in various engineering, product management, account management and business leadership assignments.  Before joining PaR, he led Unisys Corporation’s 1,500-person European organization of finance, human resources, legal, procurement, information systems and facilities shared services, and previously also led a business for SPX Corporation.
