13-11 Senior Manager, Financial Planning and Analysis
The Senior Manager, Financial Planning and Analysis (Sr. Mgr, FP&A) is a key Finance leadership position supporting the corporate wide annual and ongoing financial forecasting and planning process, ensuring critical analysis of company-wide business performance and assuring actions are created to improve performance, and providing acquisition Pro-Forma and Due Diligence financial modeling.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the Companywide annual financial plan and forecast process to provide and facilitate decision making in support of the company's strategic goals. Provides overall support for the annual process and independently completes aspects of the planning and forecasting process such as sales and related gross margins, operating expenses, R&D, capital expenditures and headcount. Continuously improves the reliability and efficiency of the planning and forecasting processes.
- Continually update the annual forecasting model for significant changes in the business and to support short and longer term strategic decision making as new business opportunities arise.
- Lead the Financial Planning and Analysis for PaR - this includes ensuring a critical analysis is performed in all areas of the company which see under-performance. Further assure that actions are prepared in the respective business unit or function to address the under-performance. (This is an area reporting directly to the CFO.)
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor's Degree, Masters Degree preferred
- At least 7 - 10 years of progressive relevant experience including forecasting and budgeting
- Financial analysis - can design and develop complex models, ability to draw conclusions on complex data sets
- Familiarity with, knowledge and application of business systems (ERP and Business Intelligence tools experience; with Oracle, COGNOS and Hyperion a plus)
- Advanced skills with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word & PowerPoint)
- Discipline of planning, organizing and managing resources to bring about the successful completion of specific goals and objectives
- Familiarity with, knowledge and application of accounting principles such as financial statements, costing, fixed assets.

13-10 Tool Room Coordinator
The Tool Room Coordinator is responsible for inventory of tools and production equipment in the organization. The Coordinator must keep track of the location of each tool in the organization and make sure that they are available, operational, and calibrated for use on the shop floor and Field Service.
Primary Responsibilities:

- Examine, inspect items for wear or defects, clean and maintain supplies, tools, equipment, and storage areas in order to ensure compliance with safety regulations.

13-04 Business Systems Analyst
This position is responsible for identifying business requirements and developing the PaR Systems best practices within the areas of parts and service sales, project management, engineering, procurement, MRP, receiving, accounting and other related processes. Provide core project management functions for multiple projects (in the MM & Procurement space) throughout the project life cycle including but not limited to client requirements, authoring various project related documents, managing communication and client relationships, and assisting with project validation through test planning and performance of testing.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or Business

13-01 Strategic Buyer
The Strategic Buyer is responsible for the development and execution of sourcing strategies to achieve best total value for the business, including commodity management strategies and execution, supplier relationship management, negotiation and supply base performance management. This position also supports purchasing activities through the new product development process including supplier identification, qualification and selection. This position also collaborates with senior functional leaders to establish both short and long term business objectives; performs all purchasing functions including quoting, and creating purchase orders and expediting materials per production/program needs.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Engineering, or related field. MBA a plus.
- CSPM/APICS certification is preferred.
- Minimum of ten (10) years progressive experience in Sourcing and Commodity Management.

13-03 HR Manager
This position is responsible for managing the HR functions within a business unit.
- Manages dispute resolution procedures. Performs internal audits and takes appropriate action to correct any employee relations issues. Coordinates employee events.
- Executes programs to develop employee skills and impart organization practices and policies by utilizing various learning methods. Assesses staff training requirements and creates programs to meet division and individual development needs. Coordinates training in conjunction with annual training plans.
- Directs recruitment, screening, interviewing, selection, placement and orientation activities for positions. Gathers other data such as EEO information, as needed. Provides training and guidance to hiring managers on policies, process, and regulatory issues.
- Supports organization's safety programs to protect employees and the company against harm, and maintain safe working conditions. Formulates and suggests work safety standards, safety metrics and enforces procedures. Risk prevention areas include hazardous materials exposure, accidents, fires, or other unsafe conditions. 13-02 Project Manager
This position could be characterized as the 'general manager' of one or several projects. This position oversees the solicitation, negotiation and execution of smaller projects, such as system upgrades or repeat systems, and will use whatever resources necessary (within or outside PaR) to successfully conclude the project. The Project Manager responsibilities include both the project team general management as well as a key contributor for schedule and contract management. Multiple projects can be expected in both the execution phase and soliciting and negotiating phase. Attention will be given to focus the Project Manager and the execution team on similar types of projects. With this focus, the team will develop experience that can be leveraged to improve proposal accuracy and project execution on subsequent projects of a similar nature.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree with three years related technical experience or Associates Degree in a technical field and seven years related technical experience.
- Competency in Microsoft Project software.
- Significant team leadership experience ideally in a project setting.
- More than one year in a sales, or close sales support, role.

Develop templates and models using mathematical calculations based on blueprint information. Consult and participate in design for manufacturing (DFM), research and development (R&D) and 1st-of-a-kind meetings. Develop, design, or create new applications, ideas, relationships, systems, or products. Produce machined parts by programming, setting up, and operating a computer numerical control (CNC) machine; maintaining quality and safety standards; keeping records; maintaining equipment and supplies. Programs mills and lathes by reviewing instructions, including zero and reference points; setting tool registers, offsets, compensation, and conditional switches; calculating requirements, including basic math, geometry, and trigonometry; proving part programs. Perform as Technical Expert
- Should have experience with detailed work orders, blueprints, engineering plans, materials, specifications, orthographic drawings, reference planes, locations of surfaces, and machining parameters; interpreting geometric dimensions and tolerances (GD&T).
- Minimum 10+ years of related experience with CNC multitasking lathes, CNC lathes, 3/4/5-axis CNC machining centers, multi-spindle lathe, meeting MILSPEC requirements
