Field Service Technician 08-01S
Plans and coordinates activities concerned with installing equipment, investigating and resolving customer reports of technical issues with equipment, and eliminating future operational or service difficulties by performing the following duties.
Installs new or modified equipment at customer’s facility to ensure full functionality according to specifications
Provides on site technical assistance to help troubleshoot and repair equipment.
Position requires 70% travel, domestic and international.
Associate’s degree (A.A.) or equivalent from two-year college or technical school; with four years related technical experience or equivalent combination of education and experience. Strong problem solving, communications and interpersonal skills required.
Electrical Engineer 08-02S
Design industrial control systems that conform to engineering standards, customer specifications and sales proposal documents.
Responsibilities include designing, programming, start-up and trouble-shooting electrical control systems.
Primary Responsibilities include: completing electrical designs for industrial equipment
(including: specification review, sizing calculations, layout and detail drawing creation component selection, design review support, test plan creation,
and design test at factory &/or customer site), creating and debugging PLC programs providing motion control and other system features, providing support for internal projects

Mechanical Engineer 08-03S
Design engineering position that has focus on a particular group(s) or type(s) of robotic systems.
This position is the technical focal point for system design and project execution.
Multiple projects can be expected in the execution phase at any given time.
Primary responsibilities:
Act as design leader for a particular category of robotic system(s) or processes (product).
Oversight of the technical aspects of the entire execution phase of the project.
Working with the Project Manager, execute projects for assigned type of product.
Coordinate and direct the utilization of all engineering resources as it relates to the execution of the assigned project.
Control costs on the design of the product and the execution of the project.
Support the Project Manager, manufacturing and materials representatives in executing a successful project.
Provide engineering estimates and approvals on new project proposals.

08-08 Field Engineer

08-09 Software Engineer
Define, develop, implement, test, install and support software solutions. Assist in developing internal and client specifications and use these to design software control systems by deriving code from previously developed software components augmenting this base by developing and documenting new software components. Generate project specific documentation, develop and execute Acceptance Test Plans, assist in field installation and integration and provide on-going customer enhancements and support.
Qualified applicants will have a minimum of four year computer science or strong equivalent engineering degree with two or more years of relevant experience. An advanced degree with emphasis on robotics and/or real-time control is a plus.

PROJECT MANAGER 08-03E
Primary function will be to manage all operations relating to the successful completion of assigned projects, and to be accountable for a quality product delivered on time and within budget. Secondary function will be to alert business leader of any schedule and project cost discrepancies. Duties include managing schedules and budgets, heavy interface with customers, engineers and manufacturing.
Qualified applicants will have BSME and 4-8 years project management experience in a design-build-install environment. DESIGNER/DRAFTER 08-04E
Primary function will be to prepare and revise detailed designs, redesigns or modifications of parts and other mechanical/structural designs that conform to engineering standards, customer specifications and sales proposal documents, including designing mechanical systems.
Requires two year technical degree with 5 years experience in mechanical drafting/design, preferably in heavy industry. Proficient in the use of AutoCAD, experience working within a very technical engineering driven and project based organization, strong organizational and communication skills.

Fabricator
Prep, layout and fabricate steel structures, primarily mild steel using SMAW and FCAW processes in all positions.
Qualified applicant must have a minimum of 3 yrs related experience. Must also be able to assist in the training of other Craft Technicians as required by the Company. Must be able to comprehend and exercise specifications of Mil-Std 248, 278, and 1689. Demonstrated success as a team player and excellent communication skills are required.
Weld Engineer
Establishes welding procedures to guide production and fabricators relating to specification restrictions, material processes, pre- and post-heating requirements which involve use of complex alloys, unusual fabrication methods, welding of critical joints, and complex post-heating requirements. Evaluates new developments in welding field for possible application to current welding problems or production processes. Ensure workers' compliance with established welding procedures, restrictions, and standards; in testing welds for conformance with national code requirements and mil-spec. May perform welding to evaluate new equipment, techniques, and materials.
BS Degree in Welding Engineering or equivalent with 3- 5 years experience in heavy manufacturing and equipment field.. Familiarity with Mil-Spec and ISO related engineering and/or manufacturing standards and practices. Must have a thorough understanding of the welding processes: MIG, TIG, PLASMA, stick, flux core, resistance and steel metallurgy. Familiarity with Mil-Spec 278 and ISO related engineering and/or manufacturing standards and practices preferred.
Program Manager
The primary function of the Program Manager will be to oversee the solicitation, negotiation and execution of projects and will use whatever resources necessary (within or outside PaR/Jered) to successfully conclude the project. This position fills the role of both the project team leader as well as a key contributor. Multiple projects can be expected in both the execution phase and soliciting and negotiating phase. Attention will be given to focus the Project Manager and the execution team on similar types of projects. With this focus, the team will develop experience that can be leveraged to improve proposal accuracy and project execution on subsequent projects of a similar nature
BA/BS degree in related field required, MBA preferred. Five years Project Management experience with a Navy or Military project/contract capacity. Seven years experience in a heavy machinery manufacturing environment. Significant competency in Microsoft Project software. More than three year in a sales role and more than five years in a project management role. Significant team leadership experience ideally in a project setting.
Manufacturing Engineer
Responsible for designing and documenting the manufacturing processes/routings required for efficient manufacture of complex machinery for Navy and commercial customers. Inputs and maintains data in the companies MRP system. Performs make/buy decisions and assists in identifying and qualifying suppliers. Responsible for developing detailed manufacturing plans for complex projects. Designs tools, fixtures and work areas to meet schedule / financial goals. Serves as a lean and design for manufacturability champion for assigned projects resulting in up front and continuing savings. Serves as technical lead on shop floor ensuring obstacles encountered are overcome.
Ten years related experience; or Bachelor’s Degree in Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering or related field with two years experience in a similar environment and MRP or shop floor control computer experience. Experience in AutoCAD desirable. Must possess excellent organizational and communication skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities and coordinate with multiple disciplines. Familiarity with Mil-Spec and ISO related engineering and/or manufacturing standards and practices preferred.
Sr. Planner
Maintains assigned project production plans within MRP system. Works with Program Manager, Project Managers, Materials and Manufacturing Group to ensure product is delivered to the customer schedule. Weekly review of assigned projects and associated reports to monitor schedule integrity. Conducts weekly production-planning meeting with various departments. Identifies critical items that could impact schedules, and assigns actions to resolve. Oversee work order dependencies and ensures related documentation is maintained. Attends project Kick Off, Hand Off, and Lessons Learned meetings.
Warehouse Supervisor
Candidates must have experience in MIL-Spec packing, packaging, cycle counting, inventory control and shipments, as well as, familiarity with ISO 9001 requirements. In addition, qualified candidates must have material handling skills with fork trucks, overhead cranes, and other heavy lifting equipment. Candidates must have excellent organizational and mathematical skills, and must be able to follow multiple tasks through to completion. Proficiency with computers is required.

Specifically, the candidate shall have a minimum of three years experience related to the design, repair and maintenance of Laser Systems, preferably in a manufacturing or test environment. Robotics systems experience a plus.
