Our Companies : MÖZAK Systems

MOZAK building MOZAK MÖZAK Systems of Red Wing, Minnesota was acquired by PaR Systems on December 17th, 2004. The MÖZAK product line has been integrated to become one of PaR Systems, Inc. standard product lines.

MÖZAK History

Initially MÖZAK focused on automation solutions for a specific production process in the hard disk storage sector of the semiconductor industry. This particular contamination control application led to the creation of the MZ-1701, an Automated Cleaning Tool designed to remove microscopic bond wires from the semiconductor substrate used during the fabrication of Read/Write Heads for Hard Disk Drives.

With over 25 MZ-1701 installations throughout North America and Asia, word-of-mouth referrals generated a growing number of requests for the company to address similar process automation solutions and semiconductor cleaning applications in both the disk drive industry as well as the general semiconductor industry. As a result, MÖZAK introduced a number of additional process for automation solutions and semi conductor cleaning.

Today we have an extensive design team focused on all facets of complete system development projects that integrate:
  • Fully automated semiconductor cleaning systems
  • Automated inspection systems
  • Fluid handling systems for de-ionized water (DI), isopropyl alcohol (IPA), and other chemicals
  • Pneumatic controls for clean, compressed air (pulsed delivery) and nitrogen gas
  • IPA containment, recovery, filtering and recycling systems
  • Hazardous material safety systems for fire detection and suppression
  • Vision systems
  • High precision positioning systems
In response to the need for our customers to continually shrink their products in size and to meet the accompanying microscopic tolerances, we are continually enhancing the functionality of the automation solutions for the semiconductor cleaning tools we design and build for our customers who manufacture devices in the semiconductor industry.

This complex integration of vision, precision positioning, and controls has sharpened our focus on developing automated automation solutions for material handling, semi conductor cleaning, and inspection applications in other major markets such as the medical products manufacturing and production laboratory environments.
