PaR Systems has the critical engineering skills to design and integrate
large scale total robotics solutions. These projects require the
interdisciplinary skills of project teams consisting of mechanical,
controls, and software engineers led by an experienced system
engineering with strong process knowledge.
Our experienced engineers understand the challenges with large-scale
automation projects and use the latest tools such as CAD/CAM, 3D
Modeling, ECAD and software development tools. Our extensive analytical
capability to perform detail design verifications using FEA modeling,
seismic qualification, Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) analysis,
cycle time studies and reliability analysis. PaR Systems also has a
number of registered professional engineers.
Summary of Capabilities
PaR Systems, with around 300 employees, has significant depth of
equipment engineering and manufacturing capability, with a large
majority of our personnel specialized in mechanical, controls and
software engineering or manufacturing and servicing of equipment and
systems.
Engineering at PaR Systems is focused in areas of specialty in
Shoreview, Minnesota, Seattle, Washington, and Brunswick, Georgia, as
well as at our satellite engineering office in Iron Mountain, Michigan.
As required we incorporate customer specified controls, and we also
utilize our own robotic controller where more than two decades of
hardware and software solutions for difficult multi-axis work is
demanded. For cost effective high accuracy mechanical platforms,
generally one of our own standard designs is applied unless a
commercially available platform can be sourced - our team has extensive
experience with both and we draw on this expertise to work with you to
choose the best solution. Often times we are asked to provide a new
platform design, which is where our team excels and has an extremely
strong reputation.
In addition to more than four decades of experience with motor driven
motion control systems, PaR Systems also has significant hydraulics
experience for special applications.
Our manufacturing capabilities include extensive fabrication expertise
in our Brunswick facility and sophisticated controls manufacturing
focused in Shoreview. Both facilities have strong assembly and systems
integration and testing capabilities. PaR Systems also maintains a deep
bench of service capabilities for each of our businesses, continuing
our ability to provide long term support to our customers.
We manage our customer solutions with strong project management
personnel, and state-of-the-art systems which have undergone regular
improvements since their introduction decades ago. Our ISO 9001
Certification and industry specific qualifications are maintained and
updated with a commitment to excellence we believe you will see around
the entire company. International sourcing is an embedded element of
our capability to continue our competitiveness into the future.
