project management very seriously to ensure that each project concludes
within its scope and time frame. We have extensive experience managing large
capital equipment and complex systems contracts.
After we receive an order we immediately assign a project team, project
manager and program manager to each new contract. Successful automation
projects require close, open communications between the customer, PaR Systems
and all subcontractors.
The program manager's responsibilities include managing all communications,
providing progress reports, conducting design reviews, developing and maintaining
project schedules and milestones, monitoring project change notices, as
well as being a liaison between PaR Systems and the customer for technical
consultation.
