Custom Systems-Aerospace

Throughout PaR Systems' history we have always prioritized addressing the needs of the customer. Routinely we develop Custom Systems that are specifically configured to meet your unique requirements. We will work with you to identify and refine your application needs and configure a system that will meet those needs now and into the future. Custom Systems may include machines from our XR^® or MR^® line of precision motion machines that are configured with production proven processes such as drilling, trimming, profiling, waterjet cutting, inspection, and many others. Custom Systems may pair one of our motion machines with a flexible fixture to position and secure your part during processing.

Custom Systems often require the development of new processes that may not have previously been automated. PaR Systems' has extensive experience in analyzing manual processes or emerging processes and developing means to automate those processes to improve efficiency, quality, and consistency of production. Most of our standard products began as custom system configurations that were originally developed to meet the needs of a customer, which later evolved into a fully developed product.

Custom Systems will require new motion machine configurations. Whether these are new variants of our proven machines or entirely new designs, our engineers apply the same philosophy and procedures to the design and development of custom motion machines as have been used to develop the wide array of motion products already deployed by PaR Systems.

Whatever the final configuration, Custom Systems begin with you and PaR Systems reviewing your needs and identifying the specific requirements of the system that will ensure the system performance you need to support your customers. Once defined, we will develop a system configuration to meet those needs. We will begin by working with either existing or new motion machine configurations. We can use processes we have previously deployed, automate your existing process, find industry partners that are experts in the required process and integrate their capabilities into the Custom System. In some cases, we can work with you to develop an entirely new process, while always focusing on the requirements necessary to support your program and your customer.
