Overview

PaR Systems offers our customers the service, support and training they need to succeed. Highly trained technical service engineers are available to assist you Monday through Friday 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM CST. Technical service engineers are also on-call 24 hours a day, 7 days a week to ensure your system is up and running round-the-clock.

Training

Training is critical to higher productivity and performance. PaR Systems' programs are structured with one goal in mind: to ensure you achieve the highest level of productivity from your machine. The enhanced product knowledge you gain through training will help you resolve problems quicker when contacting technical service. Training is taught by professional technical service engineers who use an interactive format highly conducive to learning.

Preventative Maintenance

Preventative maintenance is an integral part of your machine's ability to achieve the highest level of productivity. PaR Systems offers a number of programs for preventative maintenance. Please contact us at rservice@par.com to discuss preventative maintenance plans and options.
