High Pressure TE CO2 Lasers
The High Pressure (HP) lasers are part of PaR Systems' Transversely-Excited (TE) CO2 laser series. These lasers provide short pulses with high peak power. It has a long laser gas lifetime with 1x108 pulses. The lasers can be configured to operate as an oscillator or as a pulse amplifier. The laser resonator can be configured to have a grating or agile tuner for manual or automatic wavelength tuning of the laser. TE CO2 lasers also feature closed gas loop operation with the addition of room temperature catalysts to the laser, housed in the optional side arm catalyst system.

Apart from the standard laser models, the laser can be customized according to customer specifications. The laser pulse energy, laser pulse temporal profile, laser repetition rate and other parameters can be custom configured. The customer can also operate the laser under custom conditions such as loading isotopic gas mixtures in the lasers to achieve desired lasing wavelengths.
