Rockwell Automation

Rockwell Automation technology is extensively deployed across PAR equipment and widely established throughout our customers’ manufacturing operations. Its broad portfolio allows PAR to implement a consistent controls architecture spanning machine control, motion, safety, networking, and industrial data. This breadth, combined with widespread customer adoption, makes Rockwell particularly effective when equipment must integrate cleanly into existing plant standards and infrastructure.

FANUC

PAR has trusted FANUC robots for more than 25 years, particularly for applications where reliability, payload capability, and demanding production environments are critical. Their broad portfolio gives our engineers significant flexibility when solving complex automation challenges. FANUC’s advanced simulation tools remain critical to our teams when evaluating motion paths, cycle times, robot reach, interference, and system performance.

Inductive Automation

Ignition is a preferred PAR platform for modern visualization, SCADA, and manufacturing data applications. Its open architecture allows PAR to build scalable solutions that connect equipment, production data, databases, and enterprise manufacturing systems. For our customers, this provides a flexible foundation that can grow from an individual machine or production line into broader plant-level manufacturing infrastructure.

Epson

Epson robots have proven highly effective across a wide range of PAR assembly applications. Their SCARA and 6-axis platforms combine speed, precision, compact form factors, and strong value, making them particularly well suited for high-performance assembly applications. PAR has deployed Epson robots across hundreds of automated workcells, giving our engineering teams extensive experience applying and integrating their technology.

Mecademic

Mecademic robots bring exceptional precision and repeatability to applications involving small components. Their compact architecture makes them particularly valuable for micro-assembly, precision handling, and applications where space is at a premium. Mecademic’s modern and flexible software architecture enables our engineers to integrate these products using a wide range of machine control strategies.

SuperTrak CONVEYANCE

SuperTrak enables a fundamentally different approach to material flow for high-speed, high-performance automation. Its independently controlled carriers provide precise positioning, rapid acceleration, and flexible product routing that can be difficult to achieve with conventional motion systems. PAR looks to SuperTrak for applications where cycle time, positioning accuracy, asynchronous processing, and flexible station-to-station movement are critical to the overall equipment architecture.

SORBA.ai

Sorba.ai extends PAR equipment beyond traditional machine control by providing an equipment-focused platform for advanced analytics, machine learning, and advanced process control (APC). Its on-premises architecture enables manufacturing and process engineers, not just data scientists, to use sophisticated data analytics. By adding an intelligent layer above existing PLC or DCS controls, PAR and Sorba can use equipment data to identify process relationships, develop predictive models, optimize process parameters, and maximize machine performance.

B&R

B&R provides PAR with a highly integrated platform often used for advanced machine control and complex motion applications. Their technology is particularly well suited for systems requiring precise synchronization, high-performance kinematics, and scalable control architectures, supported by a flexible and software-driven approach to machine automation.
