Saint Paul/Minneapolis, MN – April 10, 2008 – PAR Systems, Inc. announces that their corporate headquarters and Robotics division are moving to a new location. Effective April 21, 2008, PAR Systems’ physical and mailing address will be:

This move consolidates three facilities in Shoreview, MN into one modernized building, less than three miles from our current location. All toll-free and general phone and fax numbers remain the same, as well as most employee contact information.
With a strong and growing presence in a variety of commercial, industrial and military market segments, PAR Systems is expanding its automation reach. Its business focus continues to be the successful application of large-scale, as well as small and precise, high-precision robotic and material handling equipment and systems solutions for critical customer applications.
PAR Systems’ experience began with the development of manipulators for remote handling equipment in the nuclear industry and evolved this for remote fuel handling. The company continued to develop this technology in the robotics industry for applications that require drilling, milling, routing, waterjet cutting and material handling. Since that time, PAR Systems has increased its expertise in a variety of specialized applications, building on the automation capability developed across a wide range of demanding industries.
Furthering their commitment to excellence, PAR Systems has acquired businesses that provide specialized equipment on-board Navy ships (Jered LLC), custom crane and heavy material handling equipment (Ederer, LLC), semiconductor automation systems (MöZAK), lab automation/medical manufacturing equipment (SSi Robotics), and a non-destructive inspection product line from Lockheed Martin (LaserUT®).
