PAR Systems Subsidiary Jered LLC Acquires Glynco Machine Company

Saint Paul/Minneapolis, MN (July 8, 2010) – PAR Systems, Inc. announces the acquisition of Glynco Machine Company, Inc. by their wholly owned subsidiary Jered LLC. Glynco has a 30-year history in Brunswick, Georgia, and brings a proven machining capability to Jered. This acquisition further demonstrates the company’s commitment to providing the best customer support in pursuant of its business growth objectives.

Glynco will be renamed Jered LLC and their business operations will be managed under Jered leadership. Their facility is located at 2590 Sidney Lanier Drive, Brunswick, GA 31525, less than a half mile from the new Jered and PAR Defense headquarters and assembly site.
