Jeff Harer

Jeff Harer serves as Chief Financial & Administrative Officer for PAR Systems, leading financial strategy and oversee key administrative functions including Finance, Accounting, Enterprise Risk Management, Information Systems and Enterprise Business Systems. He partners with leaders across PAR Solutions and Jered to strengthen financial planning and performance, support informed decision-making, manage risk, and ensure our systems, processes, and resources are aligned with the company’s strategic priorities and long-term growth. Jeff is a global business leader with experience across the industrial, consumer products, and agricultural sectors. Before joining PAR, he served as Senior Vice President of Finance at CJ Schwan’s. Earlier, he held finance and transformation leadership roles at Cargill and Procter & Gamble and began his career at Emerson Electric as an electrical engineer focused on quality management and statistical process control. Jeff earned a bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering from the University of Minnesota and an MBA in finance and marketing from the University of Notre Dame.
