Ryan Carlson
Director, Project Management- Automation
Ryan Carlson serves as the Director of Project Management for the Automation Business Unit at PAR Systems, where he has been a dedicated team member since 2012. With a Bachelor of Science Degree in Mechanical Engineering from UW-Madison, Ryan began his journey as a Mechanical Design Engineer at OakRiver Technology and progressed through roles in Project Management, Engineering Management, and Quality Management before landing in his current role of leading the Project Management team. His passion lies in solving complex automation challenges by combining technical expertise with a commitment to building strong customer relationships. Ryan’s leadership and customer-focused approach ensure that every project at PAR Systems is executed with precision, innovation, and a collaborative spirit.
Outside of work, Ryan loves traveling and spending time with his wife and son – Megan & Jack.
